Harmony Epoch

Good to know: Each blockchain has a different block time. The same gameplay calculation on one blockchain could lead to a different result on another blockchain based on varying block times.

Harmony has a two second block time within each of its epochs that constitute a total of 37768 blocks as outlined here. Space Bats uses the rapidity of this block time along with varying mathematical based calculations relative to each world to creating varying results in token staking rewards.

While not all calculations utilize the two second block time, utilizing a chain that has this allows for rapidly varying staking rewards results on a per user and a per withdrawal basis.
